Accommodations and Vessel Walk-Through
BENCHMARK is in exceptionally nice condition witha detailed owner whokeeps ahead ofmaintenance andcosmetic issues. Exterior topsides are waxed monthly the hull is done 4 times a year. The interior is neatly appointedand shows beautifully. Super clean throughout.This 48' Sea Ray sedan offers a 3-stateroom 2 head layout with Cherrywood Vitricore gloss interior finish and an earthtone neutral color scheme for the seating wall & windowcoverings and carpeting. Thereis a L-shapedsettee toportside of the salon upon entry from the cockpit through the sliding stainless framed glass sliding door. On the starboard side is a cabinet containing the TV/DVD combobelow and CD changer deck and drawer storage above. Themain electrical panel is in the next cabinet and shelf storage. Next forward on the starboard side is the galley area with countertops. The galley sole is cherrywood flooring. Acrossfrom the galley to the portside is a raisedboothdinette area thatcomfortably seats 4.Down 4 steps to the stateroom companionway and immediately to theportside is the VIP stateroom withqueen berth and entry door to the guest head just forward. To the starboard side of the companionway is the guest stateroom which has L-shape twin berths that have backrest cushions toalso function as a couch. All the way forward on the companionway is the master stateroom with centerline queen berth and private head.
Salon
The L-shaped settee has been re-covered ('06)with mocha leatherette which is snuglytailored and has astorage drawer below. There are colorfuldecor pillows and a eclectic texturedarea rug. The dinette is covered in a lighter off-white color thatcompliments theneutral countertops and wall-to-wall plush carpeting. (There are carpet runners which are currently stored). With theglass salon door and forward windshield the salon is very bright and open. The earthtone color scheme blends well with the cherry cabinetry. A Bose mini-speaker system is mounted above on the surrounding header and air-conditioningvent is also above within a gathered vinyl valance trim.

Master Stateroom is furthest forward and has an island queen berth with cherry trimmed shelf surrounding at the hullsides and low voltage accent lighting beneath. Above the shelfare two portlights to either side and fitted drapes for privacy. Plenty of natural light from the overhead deck hatch and the head of the bed is a mirrored bulkhead. Neutral textured pattern bedspread with matching shams and colorful accent pillows. Towards the entry door to the portside is a cabinet withPhillips flat-panel TV and a DVD player is in the closet withmirrored door which opens to shelf storage beneath the bed is drawer storage. To the starboard side is a cedarwood lined hanging locker with mirrored door and just to the right of it is the entry to the private head. The head has molded solid-surface vanity top with undermounted sink and mirrored opening medicine/towel storage cabinets above. Molded shower stall with seat has clear sliding door laminate enclosure with adjustable shower wand fixture. Vacuflush fresh water head is to the inboard side.VIP Stateroom has island queen berth with cherry trimmed border shelf around and two reading lights above the berth with mirrored bulheads to the head of the bed and outboard wall above the shelf. Beneath the shelf is lowvoltage accent lighting and beneath the bed is drawer storage. APhillips flat-panel TV is at the foot of the berth on theend of the shelftucked in a cabinet opening.Forward outboard is a mirrored door opening to a cedar lined hanging locker and just to the right an entry door to the guest head.The guest head has two doors the second onto the companionway. It is finished the same as the master headwith vanity medicine/towelcabinet undermount sinkand shower with seat andadjustable wandfixture. The clear enclosure on thisshower has ahinged door.Guest Stateroom upon first glance seems like a sitting room asthe twin berth running outboard has a backrest giving appearance of a couch. Aft there is a deep opening to the inboard sidefor the othertwin berth. Drawer storage is beneath the outboard berth and forward is aced-lined hanging locker. Both VIP and guest stateroomshave natural lighting via overhead skylights (non-opening) with are onthe rear of the foredeck. Below deck in both VIP & Guest staterooms are carpeted dry storage areas.
