SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
Entire boat is equipped with a Wsbasto heating system, the premier heating system for boats. Each stateroom salon and aft deck has its own unit, thermostat and fan control. The system works off diesel fuel off the main tank and is a hot water system. All combustion takes place outside the boat as a result there are no fumes. With this heating system in this boat you can winter as a live aboard in Maine if you choose.
ACCOMENDATIONS MAIN SALON
As you enter either the starboard or port side doors you are impressed with the excellent condition of this classic yachts interior. The entire Main Salon was re-carpeted in 2010. She is decorated with extremely comfortable yet elegant furniture. She has an oversize sleeper couch, one large stuffed chair, two cushioned built in seating benches with great storage, large built in wine cooler and one high-low table. Three lamps, two built in end tables one with a file cabinet drawer and one drawer and the other with one drawer. 42 Flat Screen TV and Stereo. Accent lighting. In addition to Cruisair heating and cooling unit Webasto heating unit with separate temp and fan control.
AFT DECK
Aft Deck has a built in bar with sink, glass and bottle storage and an ice maker. Teak Dining Room table with seating for 8. Two wing doors allow for an excellent breeze and allow for complete walk around capabilities (great for docking). Aft Deck has two large size sliding windows and isen glass that allows you to control comfort. Built in bar, sink and storage area. Ice maker. This is where you and your family can really take in the fresh air, eat great meals and enjoy the spectacular views of the water all around you. There is access to the swim platform and flybridge. GALLEY
As you walk down the stairs form the Pilothouse you find a beautiful galley with a new Teak floor, new stainless steel refrigerator/freezer and a new stainless steel dishwasher. All appliances are full size including a full size electric oven and stove. Kenmore microwave, Dualit toaster, Nutone food processor and garbage disposal. There is a starboard side custom dinette for guests and the dinette table can be detached to convert to a small sleeping berth. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware. The galley is well equipped and is designed for an individual who likes to cook and entertain. MASTER STATEROOM
The master stateroom is large and luxurious. Tastefully decorated valance as well as headboard. New mattress on a queen size bed. Well-appointed settee; accent lighting under the bed. Wonderful storage with 14 Chests of draws and a walk-in cedar-lined closet with shelving. New teak flooring. Two large size portholes aft and two medium size portholes on both Port and Starboard. Flatscreen TV in Master Stateroom. In addition to Cruisair heating and cooling unit, Webasto heating unit with separate temp and fan control.
MASTER HEAD
The master head is located to starboard in the master stateroom. It features a large bathtub with shower. Two recessed medicine cabinets, large mirror with storage, sink and several drawers. Galley Maid head. Porthole for fresh air and electric air vent. In addition to Cruisair heating and cooling unit, Webasto heating unit with separate temp and fan control.
VIP STATEROOM
The VIP Stateroom is located to port, forward of the engines. New teak flooring. Twin single berths, with night table with drawers and light. Reading lights above berths. 8 Chests of drawers under beds and large sliding cabinet doors above head of beds. Cedar lined closet with full length mirrored door. Accent lighting and stereo speakers.
